To wear Lu'ukai Co's dive headbands correctly, slip the headband over your head so that the elastic band rests comfortably at the back of your neck. Then, pull the fabric up slightly to cover the tips of your ears and your hairline for added protection and secure fit. When putting on your dive mask, you can either place it on top of the headband or, for better sealing and comfort, pull the headband over the mask skirt. Our headbands feature seamless edges, so no bulkyness, fast drying, and a smooth fit. This method helps keep your hair in place, prevents slippage, and looks great. Please take a look at our models for a visual example. Scuba diving entry: As you learned in your diving course, hold one hand over your mask and regulator. The other hand at the back of your head where your mask strap is. It is best to place your front hand as well on your headband.

All Lu'ukai products are water friendly, meaning you can dive, surf, swim and sweat without ruining your precious treasures. No need to do anything out of the ordinary, if you spend a lot of time in saltwater it is good to rinse with freshwater after.

If you are not happy with your piece of ocean bliss, we do accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is not damaged or look used. We can help exchange the product if you are looking for a different fit. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. You can submit refund requests within 30 days of delivery. You can do it by sending us a message on our Contact Page,(https://www.luukai.com/contact) sending a email to hello@luukai.com or messaging our Instagram @luukaico . You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
