When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Lu'ukai Co takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.

International Orders

When placing an International order, Lu'ukai Co takes no responsibility for missing parcels, unreceived packages and deliveries.

Every Lu'ukai item is shipped thoughtfully in eco friendly, compostable packaging.

Lu'ukai Headbands are packaged in a custom linen drawstring bag, ready for gifting.

Lu'ukai Jewelry is packaged in a custom gift box, ready for gifting.

If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
